Activity 10: Collaboration-Endgame

Alongside two of my 4th grade teammates, Sam Trent and Bill Bush, we decided to create a Form for our final project. We are working on alignment across literacy classes, so we will create a new form to assess each standard to give at the end of the unit. To complete and improve upon our plan-do-study-act cycle, we will be able to study results and see which students do well and which are still struggling, then have conversations about how to support the learners who need further instruction on the skill.

Greta Schramm, another teammate of ours, is not part of the Tech Nerd Camp, so this will all be new to her. We will teach her how to create these forms, read the results, study them and act on what we have discussed.

I believe this will create deeper conversations within our PLC meetings, allowing us to focus on individual students and step back from "what am I doing wrong"? Instead, the conversations will focus on what worked well and how to differentiate instruction within each classroom.
