I created a form to give to my math students within the first week of class to get to know them and their interest in math. I included a variety of questioning styles, an image and a video. I had some difficulty figuring out how to properly use the section header and page breaks, so they do not seem necessary in this form. I am sure there are some forms where this will be useful, so I am glad I have learned how to use them, but I am not sure of how to best use them as of yet!
Nice work on the form! I may have to steal it to use during the first week of math. My favorite part, obviously, is the Kid Snippet video.
ReplyDeleteDo ya get it now???
One way that people use the page breaks is if they have the students read a story on one page then have a second page where they ask questions. You don't have to have two pages some something like this but it might work better than scrolling down from the story to the questions. Also, when you do your branching form for this activity you will need to use page breaks to make your branches.
ReplyDeleteI figured this out during part 2--now it makes much more sense!
